I was pushing buttons didnt know if this coffee machine was going to brew coffee or not and found out my grandaughter didnt know how to use it so she couldnt make it either and gave up. So this coffee machine might have the right temp but if its not easy to work and you dont have time to wait for it to brew this cofee machine is not for you. It migjt be fancy, but when you want a simple cup of coffee to get you through the day this coffee machine is not the answer especially if you have a busy lifestyle.

Made wonderful coffee in 3 minutes

We chose this after seeing high quality report in Consumer Reports. Got it home plugged in added grounds and water. Made wonderful coffee in 3 minutes.

Still a good coffeemaker, but NOT as good.

Seems NOT to be as well made as the old one. Coffee pot's cover doesn't snap on as well. Spills coffee when pouring a cup.

It can have the coffee consistently made as light, medium or strong. I prefer medium coffee so even if i lose count, the coffee is always perfect! The 14 cup size is perfect for our gatherings too!

Improvement on earlier Cuisinart model in that you can actually see the water level in the tank from the side of the appliance. Makes a decent cup of coffee, especially on the "bold" setting.
