They're really sharp, though I also love the design & features. They're also comfortable and secure in my our hands. I don't know why we lived with crappy scissors for so long prior to purchasing these

Great but different functions

The green pair comes apart to allow cutting open packages, which is nice, but they do not work well as actual scissors. The other scissors work great.
