The only thing I did not like is you can barely read the words on the buttons to choose from Bagel, Defrost, Reheat, and Cancel, but I guess after a while you will memorize which one is which. But overall great toaster!!!! Would highly recommend for quality of toaster and sleek design.

Chose the Cuisinart 4 slice toaster based on reviews, appearance, price and brand. I am 100% happy with it. Toasts perfectly, Toasts quickly. Defrosts. Does what it is supposed to do. Looks nice and does not take up a lot of space. Best Buy even matched a lower price I found.

good basic toaster

It's way faster making toast than my previous cuisinart toaster. Would be better if it was a bit longer or deeper to toast over-sized pieces of bread

This toaster has been serving us very well as we use it in our Lobster GoGo "Grab & Go" in NYC's South Street Seaport District for our famous Lobster Club Sandwiches - Maine Lobster, Tomato, Bacon on Hearty Country Bread. Golden slices every time, day in and day our, Lunch & Dinner. Come try one!
