We decided to replace our toaster oven with a more traditional toaster, and found this gem. The settings and selection options make this one incredibly high tech toaster.

the plug is located in the front of the toaster so when you plug it in it isnt very long.

I really like the toaster overall. I haven't had this too long so still getting use to it and figuring out the best settings for cooking different things. I'm sure after a short bit of time, I will love it. It has a nice appearance to it and does not take up too much space on the counter in my not so large kitchen.

This toaster works like a charm and looks and preforms like brand new. Whatever reconditioning it needed, was done well, and I am very happy with it. I like to be able to custom set it according to the type of bread I'm toasting. No complaints here.

Despite some of the bad reviews I've seen here, ours worked great right out of the box, and all features are working perfectly. A really good deal for a unit that would cost twice as much new, it is a roll of the dice. If you expect a $50 toaster with full guarantees, then buy it new, not refurbed. Had it for 3 weeks, so we'll see about durability.

Bought as a gift for relative--their family loves it. I chose Cuisinart because I own a Cuisinart extra-wide 2-slot chrome toaster which has worked flawlessly for 9 years with daily use. Not sure of durabilty of this 4-slot model as it was just purchased.

All was fine for two months then the left slot would not catch to do four slices. Had to do only two each time. Very dissatisfied.

Now I have to go through the hassel of sending it back.
