    this is a full size set and not sure how well the black will hold, and being stainless its probably not able to be sharpened, but we bought it on sale and as such its a good deal, but not for full price

    They were good at the beginning then that black coating started coming out and falling in the vegetables while cutting them which is pretty bad.
