Crumb tray pulls out easily from the front for easy cleaning. So far, have used it to make toast, toast a bagel, and warm up some French fries. Did a great job on everything. Like that it has a separate setting for bagels that only toasts the top. Also, very nice looking with the brushed metal exterior.
