Best Buy shipping was fast and the refund process was seamless and quick... took less than 5 minutes.

Inconsistent results. Anxiety inducing buzzer.

The toaster function is super finicky. It either makes your toast super dark or hardly toasted. A slight adjustment to the toast darkness knob delivers drastic results. I have yet to find the "sweet spot" so you have to babysit the thing to make sure you don't burn your toast. And it doesn't toast things evenly no matter what you do.
