Hadn't used one of these for years,but wanted to try again. Very pleased with purchase. Cooker is easy to use and food turns out great!

I like how it cuts the cook time. This item shows up on sale on the Deal of the Day every now and them. I saw it and got it. I may do another review in a year to test its durability.

The pressure cooker makes meals quickly, retaining the moisture and flavor in foods. It is easy to use and cleans up quickly. The browning feature works well for meats. Cooking ribs and pork shoulders for shredded pork carnitas or sandwiches have been wonderful.

Anything that I’ve made with this has been very good. The meat comes out tender, and the vegetable fully cooked. I would have liked a little more information about times in the instruction book. If so, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Preparing dinner just got a whole lot faster and easier. Whole chicken cooked to perfection in 1/2 hour. So tender. Ribs, roast and more. Easy to use and clean. Love it!

i read this type of cooker was the latest and it sure is an easy to use pot and also puts out great food. also is an excellent rice cooker. this should be in your kitchen.

Bought this because of the reviews and wanted to try fast and easy cooking. Love this because it was easy to use, and cooking was fast. I can't believe I didn't buy one before.

I have a stovetop pressure cooker at my other home so decided to get this one for the summer home and I really like it since it is simple to use and does not require monitoring. I have not explored many recipes so far however lentil soup is very good. Brown rice did not turn out as good as I hoped however I will give it another try. I am going to try white rice since brown rice is more difficult to get right and I normally use a rice cooker. I have cooked various beans after soaking and had great success, this was my main reason for getting the pressure cooker since I eat beans every day. The clean up is very simple too.

Pressure cooker just what I wanted to cook meat quickly. Browns, and cooks meat to a tender consistency quickly. Release valve a bit tricky but works fine.

The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the steam release knob is not very clear. Be careful to ensure it is on correctly prior to use. It is loose, and the fits don't really match up. The product itself, though works great!

We cant believe the variety of foods and recipes you can make with this pot. The small cookbook it comes with is super convenient and its amazing how quickly it cooks.

This has knocked the slow cooker off of the top kitchen appliance spot in my kitchen. It cuts cooking time down significantly and is very easy to set up and clean.

I love this thng. What I do in the slow cooker I can do in less than an hour with this pressure cooker and I can braise and brown meats before I cook them. Love it!

This Cuisinart pressure cooker is awesome. It cooks good meals very quickly. It only takes 30 minutes for most food items that would normally take all day to cook.

I bought this to help us to eat healthier. And quicker to cook with and not heat the kitchen. So far everything we have cooked, had great flavors and is moist.

This is my second Cuisinart electric pressure cooker and I will always consider buying this brand. It works perfectly and very easy to set up. Highly recommended!

Love this pressure cooker made 2 pounds of black beans in an hour and 15 minutes and they were delicious as if I had slaved over them all day
