If you take some time to read the instructions, you'll make some great dinners. It's easy to clean and works amazing.

Took a little bit to figure out how to work it, but afterwards, wow. Pot roast in an hour and a half that falls apart. I'm a believer.

This cooker is fast. Generally I have to wait about 30 minutes to get rice cooked, in this one it only takes about 10, great product.

I have used numerous regular pressure cookers and canners over the years. I would not recommend this for pressure canning but it does a great job as a pressure cooker. The best part is not having to stay close by to make sure the pressure does not go too high. I do wish the enclosed recipe book had more regular recipes since I am not a gourmet cook. I also bought a second one for my granddaughter as a college graduation gift.

Whether it's fall off the bone baby back ribs in less than an hour, mouth watering, melt in your mouth corned beef or just a stew...you'll exclaim how glad you are that you bought this pressure cooker each time you use it. This isn't one of those appliances that's going to be stored unused for weeks at a time. It's going to be sitting on your kitchen counter because you'll be using it several times a week...

I was looking at electric high pressure cookers and finally chose this one because of the brand, it was on sale, and the good reviews it had received. Now that I've used it several times, it has lived up to my expectations. One thing you have to realize is that it is not a high speed crock pot. Meals have to usually be prepared in steps, but once you get the hang of it it's really a useful item for the kitchen. It cuts food preparation time dramatically and the results are delicious.

This is such a great product for me. I live alone and I can make enough for one or two meals without having a ton of left overs.

Takes very little time to cook. Instead of waiting all day for food to cook in a crock pot, this cooks it in less than an hour.

This is a good pressure cooker for me because I cook a lot of rice. I also use it to make soup and it works really well.

Bought short ribs, braised them with onions, placed in pot, liberally sprinkled sweet Baby Ray's over with vegges and an hour and half later, eat an amazing stew with a mouth watering flavour!! All yours!! Just do NOT let your wife get to it with a potato masher- it will damage the inner surface of the (SOFT) non stick pot. The directions are comprehensive and will have to be followed to adjust to cook a variety of recipes (NO PRESETS) This is the only reason not a 5 star- soft surface and no presets- if you are careful and you don't mind using the old brain a bit, you can have some absolutely divine meals in less than no time at all.

I really liked this cooker, I would recommend it. The only thing that I don't like is the way it blows out the vapor.

This Pressure Cooker produces great meals rapidly. Use it on inexpensive cuts of meats to save money and enhance taste.

Can cook meals quickly or slow. No need to thaw your meat you can cook frozen meat in 25 minutes. We bought them for gifts.

After reading the positive reviews, I decided to try this pressure cookers, and it is as good as advertised! Recommended.

Bought this item to replace a standard tfal pressure cooker. Easy to operate and much safer. I use it all the time .
