Super easy and cooks beans perfectly every time. I use it at least 3 times each week. Also great for cooking rice and quinoa.

This is a pretty good pressure cooker, has a good size and is easy to use. there is some prep work before and after, but it's definitely worth it.

I appreciate the ease of cooking with this pressure cooker, it just does not have as many easy cooking features as other cookers.

This pressure cooker is one of the greatest kitchen things anyone can get. It's cheap, effective, and awesome.

We've cooked several things in this pot already and it saves so much cooking time. We love it to say the least.

There's a learning curve with any appliance. Cuisinart has a three year warranty, unlike other brands. If you're like me and have never had a pressure cooker, read up and watch videos. The manual is not much help for anyone who has not dealt with a pressure cooker. . We have done ribs and a pork roast. Meats require generous seasoning. They emerge tender and yummy when cooked the proper amount of time. We did rice pudding, too. It would have been easier stovetop. Overall we like this.

So much easier than using the old type pressure cooker. Made red beans In one hour from start to finish.
