    Note, I have zero cooking skills. Also, I've only used the pressure cooker once. However, my first time, I cooked venison, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, turnips, and garlic. Meat was frozen. I did all this and it was PERFECT and DELICIOUS in 20 minutes. Best of all, IT WAS SO EASY TO USE!!! I'm completely blown away. This made me feel like I can cook!! Finally, I have hope in the kitchen, beyond the microwave.

    Does everything I want it to do - I do like my Insignia 6 quart slighly more though (seems to get up to pressure faster)
