I Cooked Meatballs in This Appliance in 30 Minutes Much Better than 4 Hours Nice Machine.

The food comes out great; we like it a lot. Inside info: Make sure that the pressure weight is set to the cooking position if not it will "vent" without building up to the proper cooking pressure. Secondly, this is not a stovetop pressure cooker that evaporates a lot of water; as a matter of fact; there are hardly any evaporative losses. You won't need to add more than a cup of water in most cases.

This is the second CPC600 for the kitchen. First one was gifted several years ago; still working perfectly. Its a pleasure cooking with this pressure cooker. Being used pretty much every day. Cooks meat, veggies, beans, chick peas, almost anything! Very Reliable. easy to clean, very easy to use. 5stars!!

Grandmas hand me down pressure cooker was terrifying. yet I longed for the quick cook times it offered in todays time deprived world. This is a full featured machine - but you set the timer to control it, which I prefer to a preprogrammed model because I have control issues. It has been spectacular so far - one note make sure you have wooden or silicone tools to use with this.

Great product, makes meals fast when you don’t have the time

Take your time getting acquainted with this Cooker. Be sure you have the lid on correctly and pressure release valve in the correct position. It still will take some minutes to start cooking. It's a dream for Artichokes in 8 minutes! The browning feature is so convenient and easy to use: No messy spatters all over. I love it! But, again, you can't rush it.

This is a wonderful cookbook, full of interesting yet simple to make Indian Food for your Instant Pot. Urvashi simplifies Indian Cooking and makes it easy. So far I have made her Butter Chicken, Basmati Pilau, Chicken Briyani, Punjabi Lobia Black-Eyed Peas with Spinach, garlic and ginger paste and ghee. Instructions are clear and concise and the results were all delicious.

For us is one of the best electric cooker at a good price, and cooks so fast!
