After I learned that following the directions verbatim to turn on the timer were not the way to go, I had great, fast, phenomenal success with my artichokes, and then with browning feature for Pesto Chicken thighs with carrots. It's so guilt: if it makes steaming sounds, unplug it, put lid in lock position and restart.

This really helps cut my cooking time down. Meat is so tender it falls apart. You can make a pot of beans in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this.

This is our first pressure cooker for our family. Worked great right out of box and easy to clean. It has become a staple kitchen gadget in our pantry. The only complaint is I wish we would have purchased two of them.

I didn't even think of buying this till I saw it on the shelf when I was in there for my birthday. It has been amazing....frozen chicken breast meals in less than 20 minutes!

This pressure cooker works well. Cooks faster than other methods with lots of flavor. Controls are simple and easy to use. Enough modes to cook anything. Other pressure cookers have too many buttons. This one is just right.

I have enjoyed my cooker and being able to eat healthy and faster. I can cook a lot of things that my family love. I look forward to cooking in it daily. My family have also enjoyed the food.

This is an amazing appliance. I have made turkey breasts in it an they are the moistest, best tasting turkey breasts I have ever had and there was only a 30 minute pressure cook time to make it. The clean up is a breeze. Highly recommend to everyone who will listen. There are about 6 people where I work that have added this appliance to their Christmas wish list.

Amazing machine that can cook anything and everything, and not make it too mushy or soggy! Lid and spout are easy to clean! The buttons aren’t too loud nor is the steam vent. It is compact and there is only a little bit of rust on the bottom after repeated uses. Otherwise, the pot is easy to use and clean and the extension cord is conveniently long enough.

Another excellent product from Cuisinart, didn't let me down. I have used this many, many times. In fact, I love it so much, I now own 3 of these. So easy, user friendly - and makes the best foods. It's like using a slow-cooker, meat comes out "fall off the bone" - only it's MUCH faster. It's one of those things that once you have it and use it, you wonder how you ever lived without one. :)

My family loves this cooker. It makes great beef stew.....chicken.....meatloaf and much more. Easy to use!!!!!

The few recipes tried actually worked. Seemingly excellent quality. Pretty much idiot proof.

I bought one of these for myself last year and then this one as a gift for a family member, and we love them! Gone are the days of scary pressure cookers that may blow up on you. The user manual is a quick read and easy to understand and the possibilities are endless with this piece of cooking equipment! It does what is says it will, and does it well! You can even make cheesecake in it!

Cuisinart - 6-Quart Electric Pressure Cooker - it is a real time saver.. It cooks your food faster than stove top cooking and without the need to watch the pot so it does not burn or spill over. Should have gotten it sooner.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, he had been wanting one for a while. It's wonderful that we can cook chicken in 3 minutes and pork roast in less than an hour! This was also a highly rated pressure cooker on other sites as well. We are very happy with it, it's easy to use, easy to clean, and doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter.

I must have really wanted one of these, because after receiving two from online orders that were dented, I returned the second one to a store and they let me open and inspect the one on their shelf to be sure it was not dented. (Even though I experienced this problem, I must compliment Best Buy's customer service. They were amazing both online and in the store in rectifying this issue, so you can be sure any problems will be addressed in the most professional, pleasant and fair way.) So, on to the product. I wanted to test the operation of the product right away so if there were any mechanical problems, I could return this one also. I bought a pork shoulder roast and researched some recipes for pulled pork. I read the directions (which I found adequate) and launched the cooker. I left to do some errands and when I returned I had fabulous, tender pork that I then shredded for pulled pork sandwiches. All my family loved it and I can't wait to explore more recipes. The cooker manual has very few recipes in it, but there are tons online so that was not at issue for me. I'm so happy with my purchase. I can definitely recommend this pressure cooker to anyone in the market.

This thing is amazing. If you're used to your mothers or grandmothers pressure cooker is aint it. We've cooked ribs, chicken and baked potatoes in this thing. Baked potatoes take about 20 min to cook 2. The book says 15 minutes but I like them a little more tender inside. The ribs were falling off the bone.

This pressure cooker was actually a gift to my husband , who happens to be the best cook , at least in our household. He absolutely loves using this appliance . I purchased for the holidays but he actually couldn’t wait and used it the same day we purchased it! Effortless meals in no time flat !

It is faster than regular pressure cookers. It is very dunctional
