Being my first pressure cooker ever, I didn't realise that a small gasket was missing. I tried using it several times. Everything turned out delicious, but I wasn't saving and time. The pressure is unable to build up , because of the missing gasket. I have had this for several months, not knowing what was wrong. I just thought I was doing something wrong.. I see in the owners manual that I can order this replacement gasket for $10. I am not sure how it fits on. I plan to call customer service to let them know that my cooker didn't come with necessary parts. I really like the pot though. It sautes, and simmers beautifully, can't wait to get the gasket and finally see how it pressure cooks.

After reading the guide, I used this electric pressure cooker to great results in record time. It was much quicker than my old "on the stove" model I had been using for over 40 years.

Was researching the InstaPot and decided on this one since it was a 2 year warranty. Also used BestBuy rewards points so got a great deal. The two times I have used it has been great.

it is a nice change from the old school pressure we have been used to. Its nice to have the digital display Hopefully it will last 40 years like the old one did, but i doubt it.

This does so much more than the stove top pressure cooker I grow up with. It slow cooks and simmers as well. Here is just no other way to cook an Artichoke!

It's just fine, except that the pressure release valve is not clearly marked as to whether it's building pressure or releasing it. Otherwise no complaints.

As everyone is finding out about these products and trying new recipes, we got a head start and have made many things and enjoy the way they turned out.

my first time uses an electric pressure cooker. Easy to use and understand how it works. my wife, she loves it. put in timer and set on high pressure. it is done. love it.

Easy and safe to use. Cookbook that comes with it provides recipes to do more than regular meals, never knew I could use a pressure cooker for some of that.

Am very happy with this pressure cooker , first Cuisinart is a very reputable brand and it is very easy to use , second the price is unbeatable, I highly recommend !

Bought this for my dad and he cooked us dinner in it and I was amazed at the flavor this provided to roast

THIS PRESSURE COOKER IS EASY TO USE AND VERY EASY ON CLEAN UP. I HAVE 2 CROCK POTS ALREADY SO THE FACT THAT THE CUISINART IS JUST A PRESSURE COOKER WAS OK.

First time I used the cooker it was a bust but as I get more familiar with how to use it; it is definitely improving. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is everything I thought it would be. I have cooked several meals in it and they have all been excellent. Main reason was because it has a 3 years warranty.

I have had a couple different pressure cookers in the past but this one is my favorite! It's nice to sauté then switch to pressure cooking in the same appliance.

This is way better than the old stove top pressure cookers. Real convenience and non stick super easy cleanup. Works great!! You can't go wrong with this one.

I did research and this product was just what I was looking for. I wish it had the buttons for each item on the front but I really like it and enjoy using it.

We had some troubles after buying but the Cuisinart support change the product. The new one is working properly and we are very satisfied.
