    I tried to follow the printed instructions for my 1st use. We needed soft red potatoes for potato salad. It took 4 attempts to nearly "get it right". Burned some and under cooked some. Very frustrating!! I think the product is OK, but the instructions for a first time user are very incomplete. Maybe videos? I have not used it since.

    I love this product a lot to cook any meat or soup. After cooking i use the keep warm feature almost all day long to have the food ready whenever we have to eat it.
