This is such a great kitchen tool. I don't know how we ever got along with out it. In fact My husband has decided he loves to cook as long as he can use this cooker. My favorite dish was the BBQ spare ribs. just perfect in very little time and no hot oven heating the kitchen up for 4 hours!

So my roommate has been constantly mentioning wanting a pressure cooker. I looked at all of them and this sounded the best for what I was willing to spend. I am now in love. YouTube is a rather valuable resource for using this, but it's well worth it. After all, the manual is worth less.

I replaced my old stovetop pressure cooker with this Cuisinart model and could not be more pleased. It is well made and cooks the food much more evenly than my old one. The nonstick surface is especially nice and the rack is a useful bonus. The safety features so impressed my daughter, who always feared my stovetop model, that she requested one for her birhday. I would highly recommend this model--it is an exceptional value.

We got a great deal on this, so we decided to give it a try. This is our first pressure cooker. For the money, we don't feel we should have gotten an Instant Pot instead. We've always had good luck with Cuisinart small appliances. Cuisinart provides a long, 3-year warranty versus 1-year for Instant Pot. It was easy to use, and online videos help to clarify how it operations and what to expect. There are a few different cooking modes available (low pressure, high pressure, brown, simmer, saute and keep warm). The touch button controls and digital gauge are nice, and overall build quality seems solid. 6-quarts is a good size. Some are smaller. It's easy to clean.

Purchased this wasn't sure how it would work...I love it everything I have prepared has been awesome. There is a learning curve but it is worth the effort. My grandson says"best chicken and dumplings ever " cooked in this pot 45 mins from start to finish easy!

Well, I bought this product trusting the brand name, over the most popular pressure cooker. We liked this cooker, it is easy to operate, quite silent operation. Looks good and it is easy to assembly and clean. It does not have all those different buttons and functions of other cookers. That is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

Being familiar with stove top pressure cookers, they do not hold a candle to the Cuisinart - 6-Quart Electric Pressure Cooker. It is basically a set is and forget it. The pressure cooker does it all. You don't have to stand at the stove and try to keep the pressure even (sometimes hard to do on some stove models)

So perfect after a long day at work. Doesn't take long to make a quick healthy meal.

It worked exactly how I anticipated VERY FAST wish it had more recipes

I can prepare a pork shoulder or chuck roast now in a couple hours compared to the 4-6 hours it used to take. I like it so much that I gave away my 4 and 6 quart old pressure cookers the first time I used my electric one.

This has been my first experience with cooking under pressure. I thought PCs were dangerous, with childhood memories of beans on the ceiling at a friend's house. However, it's a new world! There is a learning curve for us new to the system, as expected. Cuisinart has a better guarantee than Instant Pot. That brand has buttons, sort of like microwave ovens that have a button for popcorn and one for TV dinners. Cuisinenart goes by minutes. I found the recipe booklet that came with it to be useless, but there is a lot of info online and good books are available. It is nice to cook ribs in twenty something minutes, especially when they turn out fork tender and delicious.
