I bought mine back in January of 2016. It worked really well and with trial and error, I learned to cook many recipes in it. The key to any pressure cooker is liquid. You have to have enough liquid to build the pressure. It held up pretty good until the two year mark. The handle started to come loose and the handle finish began to bubble. It would take longer to build pressure and there was a lot of clicky noises as it went back and forth from being at pressure and building pressure again. Then, just past the 3 year mark, it died and would not build any pressure. I'm guessing the heating element went out. I used it anywhere from 3 to 6 times a month. I would get another Cuisinart model, but Best Buy had a great deal on an Insignia model, so I'm going to try that. These things are pretty much all the same, whether it's Cuisinart, Insignia, Instapot, etc... at least the cooking concept... some just have more buttons then others.

This pressure cooker is absolutely amazing. Being a parent fast meals are a must, this thing whips up great meals in no time.

I needed a brown rice cooker for greater volumes of the allowed by designe for the item I purchased and when I checked the manual that came inside I realized that it was only able to cook two cups of brown rice and I needed it for bigger batches or cooking brown rice. That was the reason to return the item and nothing about the quality of it.

where have you been? I asked myself! This small appliance is a helper in the kitchen! toss everything in it and it makes your dinner! I have 2 small kids so this helps out a lot! love this

This is one of the best things i have bought in best buy. I really love my pressure cooker i have cooked so many times easy fast and great flavor , easy to set up, easy to clean, real quality materials

I am very happy about this pressure cooker, it is easy to operate, very convenient.

We were in love with this pressure cooker. It worked great the first two times and on the third try it began randomly shutting down but eventually worked. The forth time it just kept shutting down after five minutes and ruined our dinner plans. We ended up ordering pizza that night because it wouldn't work properly. :0( ~ Returned

Took back. There were too many buttons that meant different things. Kind of hard to follow. Thought it would be similar to power pressure cooker but it was more difficult to use. May be a great product but after first 3 day ms, I returned it
