Picked this up as a deal of the day for half off. Could not be happier with this purchase. Great for tons of one-pot meals. Very easy to use. Cuts down cooking times like crazy too! Pot roast, chicken, pork roast, ribs, etc that would normally take hours in the oven or a crock pot take no time at all, and come out juicier and tastier than ever. It does have a slight learning curve, but otherwise very simple to use. Clean up is a breeze too!

This pressure cooker has a lot of features, and the settings vary from Low and High Pressure settings, to Saute, to Simmer, to Warm. One of the things I love most is that it cooks beans from dry very quickly. It also heats from frozen much faster than standard stovetop cooking. The non-stick inner pot is easy to clean and the rest of the pot is pretty easy to clean. I have made soups, stews, chili, and so far I am loving it.

I didn't believe in the first time until I tried it, with 15 minutes my dinner was ready. It cooks great.

I just moved into an apartment and wanted something to cook in without heating up the kitchen all the time. This is a good investment, It does its job very well, The only thing it will not do is make a tough piece of meat tender in a short time. Anything tough will still need to be cooked for a long period of time. You can make lots of fast soup with this. Pretty much this is a throw in your ingredients pot and close it and let it do its thing.

Works great! Cuts cook time down to a fraction of its original cook time. Food comes out most and tender.

i chose cuisinart because i have other cuisiinart products. this is amazing and so easy to use. load the ingrediants set timer walk away . removeable pot is super easy to clean.

While I love the low and slow techniques of smoker pellets grilling it gets near impossible in ND in the winter. My wife wanted a pressure cooker because a coworker of hers had one. As I am the chief cook at home my first impression of the Cuisinart Pressure cooker is wow. I see some awesome possibilities to try the rest of the winter and in the future. This thing makes incredible dishes in fast time. Cleanup is simple and I'm impressed.

When we started having issues that appeared related to a temperature sensor we decided to buy an identical unit because we really liked the old one 7-8 years. The new one is nice but somehow not quite as robust. Seems to lose a lot more steam while building up pressure before the valve shuts to start cooking. I am als surprised that no one ever improved the condensation catcher - it still falls off (often). But none the less, it is still a great item, a kitchen essential for us.

Easy to use and works very good. I used it to cook vegetable soup in 20 minutes and was delicious.

I'm very pleased. So much easier than using my stove top version. I like the deep cooking pot for soups, beans, and stews. The inner lid lining is a good idea also. I would definitely recommend this cooker to anyone who likes to pressure cook frequently.

I recommend this product, it is helpful and easy to clean and will save you time and give you a healthy meal.

Cooks very well, there is 1 issue with browning and then slow cooking where it wont reset until it cools but overall is very good

This item works GREAT....cut my cooking time in half (depends on what you're cooking)

I was a little nervous about how complicated this would be to use, based on some of the reviews I read, so I carefully read the directions. I thought they were simply written and this pressure cooker was easy to use. It cooks food just as it says it will and as fast. I like how it comes with a small cookbook at the end of the directions and has charts on how long certain foods should be cooked.

I resisted buying a pressure cooker for many years. When this went on sale through BestBuy, I decided to give it a try and I am very pleased with my purchase. It was trial and error at first. I downloaded some books with information specific to the Cuisinart and I really am satisfied with the results I have been getting. A great way to cook and a great cooker to use.

I have not used it much but I loved what i have cooked. It was great and so fast
