We all know to well how pressure cookers of old can end up injuring someone when improperly used. This design makes it simple, easy and safe.. You will constantly look for something to tenderize!!! The cost is similar to those infomercial pressure "wonder cookers" but Cuisineart has been around a while so we went with a trusted brand.. So far so good..

Got this on clearance from the Hamilton, NJ store. Well worth the $40 I paid for this essential kitchen cooker. Made chili in 30 min start to finish including chopping onions and peppers. Great for working parents who forget to plan for dinner. Eliminated the need for my slow-cooker.

We had a gift card to use and saw add listing this pressure cooker on sale. We have now used it several times and it works great. Our old pressure cooker had to be used on our gas stove and it scared our dog when it got up to pressure. With this pressure cooker our dog did not know anything was cooking.

This is the real deal! It saves so much time! We both work full time and kids have busy schedules as well. So easy to throw something in to cook and walk away...a few minutes later, presto! It's done - no watching food cook or burning it because you walked away to wash clothes. Very satisfied

I have always liked the convenience of Pressure Cooking. This cooker is so much more: you can also brown, saute, simmer and keep food warm. Instructions are easy & straight forward. Unlike the old pressure cookers, this Electric Pressure Cooker is very safe and easy to use. I would highly recommend it!

I’ve been wanting a pressure cooker for years and finally came across this one as a deal of the day special. I couldn’t pass up the great price. The time to prepare my meals now takes less than half the time as it did before and my meats are tender and juicy. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Just set it and forget it until it beeps. I like the programmable settings for cooking along with the cookbook with the instructions. It took a few minutes to read the directions and get it ready for it's first use. It is large and will hold a lot of food and it did a good job on my first attempt. It is large and will take a bit of counter space. It seems to take long than my older and smaller pressure cooker.

I've finally broke down and bought this one. Simple to use, easy clean up, one pot meals. You have to add the time it takes to pressurize and unpressurized to the total cook time. Cooked a whole 6 pound chicken in less then an hour. If you are toying with the idea of one, get it you won't be sorry.

Not a big fan of vegetables but this pressure cooker has changed that. Works perfectly and is very easy to use.

Cooked a 2 pound beef roast for 90 minutes, fell apart when I took it out, using one cup of water, what was left made good gravy, the same with a lean pork roast cooked for 60 minutes. Also made pasta in six minutes, adding sauce after. Easy clean up, the Cuisinart 6 quart is a great product.

This is great for cooking a fast meal. You can cook frozen meat in less than an hour! I've had a few minor cons. The rubber seal absorbs odors of what you cook. I've had it not trigger the timer, but I think that was due to the contents being too thick. Overall I would recommend this.

I recently purchased a different pressure cooker and was not pleased with it's performance. After purchasing this Cuisinart cooker, it was like night and day. This product is easy to operate and performs as advertised. I would highly recommend the Cuisinart 6-quart Electric Pressure Cooker.

I have been SO afraid of pressure cookers but have been interested in having the option of using one. This electric one has met and even exceeded my expectations. The speed of cooking is wonderful. But the biggest surprise is how easy and quickly it cleans up. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it is a bit large and I had to do quite a bit of shifting around to locate a spot to store it.

I bought this to try and see how much faster it cooks than normal ways. My wife uses it to cook our rice and it takes a little getting used to but eventually we figured out how to make perfect rice. Haven't tried cooking other foods yet but I'm sure it will be great.

Works great, we gifted daughter the Instant Pot for XMas and she is just ok with hers. The Best Buy price on sales considerably lower than I.Pot and the warranty cannot be matched! 3-years Cuisinart vs their 1-year.

I like it... it does the work.. its safe and easy to use...

Set up was easy. Read the instructions first before using. Cooked a pork roast in less than an hour. Goes into warm mode when finished cooking. I decided on this brand because I found I could buy the rubber seals and other parts on their web site. A big plus in my opinion.

I purchased this for my son and had an opportunity to use it when I visited him about a month ago. He had never used it as it did not have a manual nor recipe booklet. I downloaded a manual which included recipes. I was satisfied with the results but did not appreciate having to search for a manual. I would only recommended to a friend if it came with a manual

Saw a infomercial on one of the "TV" pressure cookers and decided I'd like to try one. BB had this one on sale cheaper, and with great feedback. Bought mine and never regretted the decision. Now I look for things to cook in it as everything I've tried has been great.
