My wife loves her pressure cooker. She tells me she can make things she hasn't before. The flavor stays in the food and tastes great! Meals cook really quickly and gives her more time to do other things. We are glad we purchased it and happy with the pressure cooker.

Unlike other units in this category, this product has minimal features and functions which leaves me disappointed. This was a replacement for a Revel pressure cooker bought over 10 years ago. It was loaded with features that I now realize just plain spoiled me, but the coating in the bowl was flaking. Didn't think this was too healthy. I haven't done a lot of cooking with the Cuisinart to date but unless it fails I plan to keep it because I caught it on sale with a $45 savings. Hope it holds up.

This was my first experience with a pressure cooker. I was apprehensive at first but it's so easy to use! Didn't take anytime at all to cook some chicken breasts for my chicken pot pie. The beef in my Beef Stew was so tender. Clean up isn't too bad either.

Took ten Bone-In Chicken Thighs, Braised First, then Pressure Cooked on High for 10 minutes on the Trivet ( Rack ). Meat fell off of Bones. Had 2 Quarts of Rich Chicken Broth left in Pot. Shredded Meat off of Bones. Delicious!!

I have been using my Mother's the past two years and love it. It cuts down my cooking time by 75%. The only drawback is the inner part doesn't come out and at times it can make cleaning difficult. I would recommend this cooker to everyone.

We have cooked a variety of things, but the best is rice. Cooks Japanese rice quickly and turns out great. Be careful to use the side handles when you lift it and not the top handle. The top twists off easily and the main unit can fall.

Help me cook my tough meat faster. Also used for multi-purpose including cooking rice, stew, soup, etc. The cooker is big enough to prepare food for a family of five people with some left over. I love my new cooker.

The cuisinart pressure cooker is a very good appliance for home

We got this thinking how much easier it would be to use it. The issue is we have never used one before so it's not in our nature to always use it. When we did use it, it was great. Just need to plan more and make sure we have what we need and will use it.

This is my first time purchasing and using a pressure cooker. It was very easy to use and cooked well. I made stew beef strips in 15mins and it was tender. Very nice cooker.

We purchased it 3 months ago. Since than, we are using it every day. It cooks the food thoroughly, very well and the most important, it does it very fast. Very happy we made a great choice. Also keeps food warm for up to 8 hours.

I bought this as a gift and the recipients were very happy. I've been using an electric pressure cooker for years and love it. The reviews for this one are great, not just at BB but elsewhere, too. I'm sure it will perform well for them and cut down on cooking time while not heating up the kitchen in the summer.
