    We have bought the Cuisinart knives sets in the past and were VERY SATISFIED, giving them 5 star ratings! This set has one very glaring problem. Unlike previous Cuisinart sets, the handles on this set are smooth as silk and are VERY slippery when your hands get greasy in the slightest. We like them otherwise and as long as YOU understand what you are getting, we recommend them.
