    These were advertised as Cuisinart "Advantage" with ceramic coating but what I received are Cuisinart "Basics" and are basic stainless steel. They look nice but not sure it is fair to advertise one thing and send another.

    Good set of knives for the money...But they don't hold an edge so plan on having to at least use a steel to bring the edge back
