Best Buy didn’t ship what they advertised

They sent the Basic Stainless Knoves. If felt like a good old bait and switch. After over an hour on the phone, being rerouted 7 times, refusal to let me speak with a supervisor, they did nothing for me. So much for being a toral tech member. I feel Besf Buy is going steadily down hill.

They have been informed of this issue, but they don’t care!

Cuisinart 10 Piece Knife Set..2 Thumbs Up!

I was ‘forced’ to use one to cut up two huge, heavy duty cardboard boxes for recycling and the knife was still sharp!!! I would recommend this product wholeheartedly. I have purchased four sets. One for me and three for gifts! Everyone, including me loves them!!!
