It makes a bunch of noise when it’s air frying.. sounds like metal blades rubbing on metal.. i bought it for extra oven space during thanksgiving.. it’s a really good toaster, I’ll give it that

This oven/air fryer combo worked very well for the five months that I've had it. Unfortunately the function knob stopped turning, making the air fryer function of the unit completely useless.

Some of the upper heating elements would not heat up. I called Cuisinart Customer Service and they were not very knowledgeable. I emailed Customer Service and they said to return it. I may have just gotten a lemon. It was nice and had easy controls- if it worked. However Best Buy’s curbside return was pleasant and efficient I would buy from Best Buy again and again.

This toaster oven worked great for about 9 months. Now it won’t come on. Calling the manufacturer.

I wish It will toast both side because one is more toasted then the other.

This product is a little smaller than expected and it cooks almost too fast. Even on warm it seemed to burn everything. I brought it back

Not the easiest to use but worth learning how. Looks beautiful. Great price.

Features are nice. However, Oven light went out after only using it three times. Contact bestbuy for a replacement. Hopefully the second one will last longer.

We tried toasting bread it burnt the edges the air fryer didn’t do the job either

Quality seem cheap for the money would not recommend

After a little over a year of use the broiler and warming function no longer works.

This unit is very loud because of the fan. Took it back.

I received this on May 8, 2020, it's October 2nd and the oven is not working. I used the air fryer last night and now we can't get the function knob to click and switch to other options. The oven won't even turn on and when I try to move the knob it's like rubber leaving me to assume something internally melted when in air fryer mode.

Broke Down in less than six months. Moderate use (mostly oven mode) at least four times a week.

Great product for until function switch break down, It about 1,5 years. I can use only Bake mode of 7 functions at this moment. Air Fryer, It became Over sized toaster sitting on counter now...

It works alright but I wish it was a little bigger

I use aluminum foil for protection on drip pan and hand wash with Dawn after each use every time.it does crisp my sweet potato fries.

Not what I am use to with a Cuisinart product. Expensive and not any better that an regular countertop oven.

I was so happy when this thing broke. From the day we got it it burns and overcooks everything. Good Reddins!

Generally, this item is little big and temperature is higher than what it is set up. Auto shut off when door is open. This is a good point for safety.
