First of all, I did not order this. Best Buy apparently is getting sloppy on posting correct financial transactions. Tried calling them twice and no one answers the phone.

I am not a fan of the non-digital set up. It is very hard to get things to cook appropriately. I am looking to exchange for the digital one.

It stopped working after 3 months and with relatively little use. I do not recommend it.

The toaster oven works very well just as advertised, especially the convection feature to cook French fries.

Lasted 11 months. Would never buy again. terrible quality

I purchased this oven in November of 2019. Just recently, 8/2022 the broiler settings have stopped functioning. Upon researching how to possibly fix it, there’s apparently components - the way it’s made that will just eventually melt inside and eventually fail. It will happen to the rest of the settings as well, just a matter of time. I read that Breville brand manufactures their ovens differently so this doesn’t happen. I’ll be purchasing that brand when this one fully burns out. While I’ve owned this model, I discovered after a batch of burned biscuits, that it cooks 100 degrees hotter than what you set it at. Since then any thing I baked that calls for 350 temp, I would set the oven at 250 and it bakes beautifully. I have used this oven extensively and feel like it’s done a pretty good job but it should have lasted a lot longer for the price so I would not recommend.

I was surprised at how much I just love this. It does almost everything I want it to do and does it perfectly every time. A number of friends to me to not try to save money and to go with the Cuisinart first because I would end up with it anyway. The only change in this that perhaps the manufacturer might think about is putting a hot plate on the top. If they did they, they would basically have a full kitchen in a 15" cube--except for a microwave. LOL. As I said, this is my favorite of just about everything I own. I even saved the packaging because I am moving in a few years and want it to be well protected when I go and there is nothing like the original packaging.

Great little toaster oven. I really enjoy the air fryer feature. Took a while for me to adjust to the temps, runs hotter that my previous TO. I would have no problem recommending this product to anyone think of getting a combo.

Unit is compact and was a great price. I have other Cuisinart items which perform very well

We have the same oven and my son in law admired it do much that we got it for him for Chrustmas. I love that I dont have three different appliances on my counter.

Great piece of equipment. Not as big as I thought it might be, but just right for what I need. Priced higher than typical air fryers, but it's versatility, and quality makes it worth the price imo!

We have had this unit for a couple of years. When using the bake function, the temperature is always much higher than what we have it set for (I used a digital thermometer)..we set it for 350 and temp is around 425, etc. The fryer works great but not happy with the bake function which is what we use a lot so we don't need to wall oven.

For about the 5th use, the grilled vegetables took on a chemical taste. It could have been due to the plastic/ rubber ends at each rod and/or the gray rubber strip around the door. It may have held up to the initial testing because it didn't show up at first. Now it would have failed the taste test. Chicken, pork and hamburger still taste okay with the right seasoning. I don't know why it's not working for the vegetables. There was one or two times the meat was tasting odd. This was an impulse buy around November. I bought this one thinking it was stainless steel on the inside. There wasn't a model available near the display. I just assumed that since there was nothing on the box to warn the consumer about plastic and rubber parts, it didn't have them. I saw one white something in the picture. Understanding dawned after I removed it from the box. I can't return it to the store unless I drive the two or three states at the store I bought it from. Returning it by mailing under warranty is a waiting game I feel suspicious of. By the way, the manual instructions are wrong. If you follow them, you'll waste food, unless you decide to eat the carcinogenic burned offerings. I used 350 for everything. But tonight, I followed the package directions for the battered fish so that I wouldn't make my house hot by using the oven. I didn't think it would be in there long enough to cause trouble. It hadn't finished the cooking time before it had shrunk, burned and stunk up my house with smoke. We don't have an exhaust fan in our kitchen to clear it out and I can't leave the doors open with mosquitoes, frogs, lizards, and indoor pets to be careful with. The other bad thing is that you can't properly clean it. Those once white tabs are grease stained. I had been lining the tray with aluminum foil, but chicken and hamburger grease got underneath it and made a big mess. It drips grease at the left corners onto the countertop. It should be outside but that would likely finish it off. I no longer think Cuisinart is a good company and I don't trust their cheaply made products.

I spent over a month researching Air Fryers and deciding which one I wanted. My children ultimately purchased this one for me for Mother’s Day. I could not be happier with this purchase! I can prepare a full 9x13 casserole. Banana bread, Peach Cobbler, Mac and cheese, pizza, even “fried” okra comes out perfectly every time! Love this product!

Maybe it was my fault, but the toasters settings are way hotter than the degree's put by the user. I enjoy the air fryer part, but overall had many burnt toasts, until I get the hang of the heat, I'll give this toaster a 3/4 score of 5, just due to the settings part.

I have to admit at first I didn't use the air fryer for anything more than toasting my bread but I gradually started using it for more than bread and I have to say I absolutely love it, it's extremely fast and the food tastes great, I highly recommend this air fryer.

Wonderful, love it! Only wish the dials for time and temp could be more precise. Can now cook in half the time as the traditional oven and it's better for the environment with less wasted electricity and emissions. Win Win!

Great product and a great value!! I purchased this toaster oven since I was unable to use my regular oven, and I have been delighted with this product!! All of the cooking features work very well!!
