    Replaced our waffle iron and it was so old you can't purchase one like it. This purchase was as close as we could get and it works well. Only concern is that it is about 2/3 the size of the one we replaced. Do recommend though.

    This waffle iron makes excellent waffles. It does take a little long for each batch to get done and that is why I gave it four stars instead of five. Nonstick properties are good and the alerts are audible.

    Very cool. The audio to alert you when the iron is hot enough and when the waffle is done is a great feature. Not sure the pancake plates close tight enough for golden pancakes on the outsides, but its a nice addition.
