    I didn't know anything about these kind of knives. I would watch recipes online and it seemed everyone was using these. So, when Best Buy had a great sale on these I bought them. I am very pleased with these. Very sturdy, sharp and nice looking.

    Very happy and surprised how nice they are. The first time I ever bought a set of knifes that cut the fat off the steaks. Very sharp and nice finish on them.

    The knives are great! Calling it a 15 piece set is just plain WRONG. There are five knives with 5 covers. I don't know where they come up with 15.
