Ok, if you need a dual machine

If the caraffe reservoir was removable it would be very helpful.

Water tank small which makes it harder to fill

The area you pour in the water when making a cup of coffee is smaller than desired. You need to be careful. They should design this so it is easy to put water in the pot tank.
