This machine is a real disappointment. The K-Cup side consistently forces too much water and too high a flow into the cup, separating the lid from the cup body and therefore washing coffee grounds all over the inside of the holder and into the coffee cup below. We are using Keurig brand cups plus others and we get the same results. The drip side is passable but pouring water into the tank there takes a steady hand and someone rather tall as the opening is toward the back and is relatively small. A real disappointment from an engineering standpoint and therefore not worth the price.

The coffee maker makes alot of noise. The alarm is very annoying

Ok, Bought 1 had it for a couple weeks and it leaked water, Took it back and Best Buy was perfect about swapping it for a new one. Took it home set it up filled reservoir to full line and instant little stream of water appeared from the bottom of the tank...Dang. since learned to only fill about 3/4 full and it's better about marking it's territory.

Your average coffee maker. Not a big fan of the lid on the pot and how it snaps on... good but not impressive

Very disappointed in this coffee maker , in fact I’m probably going to return it! The single serving /kcup side works horribly . It doesn’t pour right, splatters all over , and I’m also getting coffee grinds in my cup! I cannot believe this item is worth $200! It’s really a disgrace!

It’s convenient to be able to make a pot or a cup, however doesn’t make coffee hot.

Such a disappointment this machine looks so good and it works great the only problem is is the K cup coffee maker makes the coffee way too cold and tons of reviews out there say the same thing I had to return this product it just wasn’t something we could live with

Absolutely awful. K-Cup individual side is worthless and inoperable. The reservoir leaks out all of the water on the counter and there is no way to fix it. Wish I read these reviews earlier about this machine leaking. DO NOT BUY

The unit is massive. It barely fits under my cabinets. To move it out on to the counter you have to unplug the very short cord. Extremely hard to fill the water tank.

Poor quality right out of the box!!..... leaking all over the place....returned! tried another and did the same! you would think Cuisinart would improve this product with a lot of people complaining about it leaking....their customer service bad too - on hold for 1/2 hour couldn't even get through! Don't bother getting this one!! My advise - go with Keurig - much better product!

Leaks water from the reservoir, from day one it floods my countertop with water, I have googled Solutions and fixes for this problem but nothing has worked.

So excited to finally upgrade coffee maker but every time I open the lid to add water, condensed water runs from the lid down the back of the coffee pot. I have to clean water up every time I want to make a pot of coffee. Very disappointed.

I’ve had multiple k cups rip open on top of the kcup because there seems to be a problem with the needle? It’s getting annoying having to start over with a fresh cup and getting all of the coffee grounds cleaned up

This item brews coffee but it takes sooooooo long to brew I will not purchase again. Also doesn’t have permanent filter and company does not put a few paper filters in it so no coffee till I went to the store to buy filters! That is pretty cheap!

I have had Cuisinart coffee makers for years. I have to say I am not happy with this one. The clean light is on all the time and I don’t think it’s easy to add the water. I would buy another one like this I don’t think.

Worst coffee maker ever .leaks water .Hard to put water into it. Returned three different times and all three leaks water manufacturer sent one too and same thing happened.

First time ever writing a review of this kind. Terrible product. It has leaked all over the place and now does not work at all. For almost $200 it's a complete waste of money.

For the price, you would expect this to last a lot longer than 17 months. The programming is aspect is nice and easy to use, and the two sides were pretty easy to use individually. Had to get use to pushing the k-cup in first before closing the top rather than just closing the top - the kcup will explode everywhere if you don't push it down first. Now, the k-cup side still works, and gives a hot cup, but the regular pot-o-coffee side just up and quit. It worked good for about a year, but lately the warmer has been 'warm' less and less until it quit working altogether, and now won't even brew a pot. Sad for the cost. Really sad.

It's a beautiful machine; a serious splurge for us. The pod side works great. The carafe side stopped working after the 4th use. We tried resetting and things. Can't fix it. The design is a little awkward. Pouring water into the carafe side is almost impossible without spilling some. To be honest, having to turn the pot on, change the knob to brew, and then also hitting the brew button is about 2 steps more than brain can handle anyway when a normal pot just needs you to hit "brew" and keep trucking. Returning it and sticking with cheap and reliable Mr. Coffee.

This is the worst coffee machine I've ever purchased, and by far not the cheapest one. I'm not sure why, but the pod part of the machine causes the pods to explode which makes a complete mess that is hard to clean up. The lid of the carafe doesn't have the ability to lift for open/close like most machines and the burner doesn't keep coffee warm as long as it should. Maybe I got a defective machine but I'd never recommend this model
