It's a neat idea. Two different ways to brew coffee, a quick one for one cup and a regular maker for a pot. However, it really does feel like they just slapped two coffee makers together. There's no cohesion in the design. I mean that's fine, it makes decent coffee, and I like the single cup reusable pod, which is what I use 90% of the time. My one major issue with it is the water reservoir for the single cup brewer never fully empties. It leaves 3/4" of water in the bottom. Algae grows quickly in there, and it's difficult to clean due to he little posts for the filter. It's a genuine issue--I end up taking it off and emptying it after every cup, which defeats the purpose of a "quick cup" maker. You might be better off with two separate units rather than this "all-in-one", as there's little advantage to the two stuck together and issues with the actual unit.

A lot of plastic, doesnt feelnlike good quality. Also the needle is too thick, doesnt puncture pods. Instead it tears them, water and grounds leak out making a huge mess

This was a bad purchase. The coffee maker made a loude vibrating noise and when water came out of the single serve side that water splashed out of the cup all over the counter. So we returned and got our money back.

This thing has given me problems since day one ! The KCup side sprays coffee everywhere and makes an absolute mess . The coffee pot side makes crackling noises when sitting , I will be returning this product , very very disappointed.

Opened the box....plugged it in ... and NOTHING. A $200 plus dollar coffee maker that does NOT WORK. Not the first one from Best Buy that didn't work or didn't last.

We had an old Cuisinart K-cup machine several years ago. Worked flawlessly and felt like a tank compared to the Keurig brand machines -- and most importantly, the coffee tasted wonderful. After 5 years of great performance, and probably our neglect of descaling it as much as we should have, the machine didn't pump the coffee out very well. So, we began the journey of selecting a new machine. We did miss making full pots of coffee, and at the time, Cuisinart didn't offer a duo machine such as this one, so we first bought a Keurig brand machine that made both pots and singles. No matter what we did, the coffee tasted like plastic. So, we returned and tried another brand which made both pots and single Kcups. We were fairly happy with it, but it broke after a year, and it was replaced by the company. After several months, the replacement broke again and they wouldn't replace, so we decided to look for the same Cuisinart machine we had before (and not make full pots). Well, we found this machine that makes both singles and full pots and we are more than thrilled! No plastic taste at all, FAST K-cup brewing (faster than any other machine we have had), solid performance drip brewing (as with all Cuisinart drip-brewers), solid construction, and a space saver as well! On the K-cup side, the distance between where the coffee pumps out to the mug is long, therefore the only thing I would add is to include an optional adapter for the K-cup side that allows the coffee mug to sit higher toward where the coffee pumps out. This will prevent the coffee from splattering on the machine and counter when using a standard coffee mug or smaller coffee cups. We use a square plastic container to prop the mug higher, but something that fits the machine would look nicer. Other than that, this machine is better than anything out there, and well worth the slightly higher price.

Bought on March 24, 2021 and on April 30,2021 it no longer works. $300 for a coffee maker and it dies this soon! Now I can’t return it!

The k cup side has issues. It brews correctly after every 2 or 3 pods. It puts the grounds in your coffee and spills on the counter??? I got a new one and it does the same thing.

This is the second Cuisinart coffee maker that was delivered to my door and it, too, is broken! I really want this coffeemaker and now I will have to try for a THIRD ONE.

not even 2 yrs and it don't work , I paid good amount of money and now one side is not heating up , only cold water

Love the concept of this coffee center, I have even emailed the company with this configuration of the center. It’s already broken after 10 days

Multiple problems; uses too much space, controls are complicated, cup brewer had many problems, coffee density was never consistent

Coffee maker leaks from the bottom, also as it is brewing single cups the nozzle sprays water in all directions. Luckily no one got burnt. Item Was retuned after 2 weeks of use.

The single-serve side stopped working within a week of purchase. I exchanged it for the Keurig Duo and have been very happy with that product.

leaks water out of the back all the time no matter you are brewing or not.

Pulled out of box - added water and I guess something cracked and water spilled out all over my kitchen cabinet and floor

Can not get the k cup to work, won't punch a hole in it.

The single serve side stopped working efficiently after 4 months. Taking it back and going back to keurig.

Garbage. The Kcup side continues to work but the ither half stopped functioning after a month and a half.
