Faulty product under warranty still waiting for re
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My coffee pot failed. The pump stopped working after about 10 months and under warranty. Conair, the maker, agreed it was under warranty and it would be about 10 days to process and get a shipping notification. BUT the replacement is not coming and now customer service does not answer my emails. Replacements for faulty product under warranty should be shipped quickly to keep customers. I will never buy another one.

CANNOT turn off loud alert, wakes entire house
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This coffee maker has an end of cycle alert that indicates when the carafe of coffee is ready. It beeps very loudly several times and wakes up other people in the house several hours before they want to wake up. There is no way to turn it off. I called customer service to see if I was missing something but they confirmed. Then they tried to sell me a different model that can be silenced. Like I would buy another Cuisinart? Look

Leaks

Leaks from the bottom of the unit, despite taking all the approproprate action to prevent it leaking. If held up and view the bottom, the water leak is in the front of the unit. This item is going back to store.

Leaks water
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Day one of purchase the pot was leaking water fro the resavour all over the p place. I followed all instructions after opening it spits water while brewing as well. I was so disappointed.
