    Our old coffee maker failed on us so we upgraded. Should have done this a long time ago, nice to have drip and K-Cup in the same machine

    Very nice combination single and multi cup coffee maker. Single cup/pod side works very well and has its own water reservoir that can be removed to fill. The multi cup side must be filled by opening the top. Overall i like it other than i can't fill the multi cup side like the single cup side.

    This unit replaced an obsolete Cuisinart 2 in 1 that was only two years old. Sadly, within 3 weeks of my latest purchase, the unit became defective. It made a screeching noise and the K-cup blew, creating a terrible mess. Then the carafe warming plate began smoldering to the point that I took it out of the house. I loved the size and concept, but I think I'm going to have to look at other options.

    Its an OK coffee maker, a bit noisier than most, but i do not like that if you would like a 14 oz cup of coffee, you must run a fisrt cup at 12 oz, ooen the pod lid, then run a second pass for 4 oz. Why???
