This is one the best coffee makers I ever had. It makes great coffee. The other side of the coffee maker is a hot water dispenser, great for teas and hot cocoa. This works out great because I’m a coffee drinker and the rest of the family are tea and cocoa drinkers.

very happy with our purchase and fairly easy to use. But the opening where you pour the water into could be a great size larger and/or attach a tank on the side which would be easy to access and clean as well. Love the carafe heat setting choices!!

I bought this for my mom for her birthday, she loves it for making coffee. She even uses the instant hot water for cooking, she had made jello with it and tea and ramen, etc... I got this for her because it had a lot of features for the price and it has a cleaning feature.

This coffee maker produces a good cup of coffee and it nice to have the hot water function for tea and other hot drinks. The only things I don't love about are the fact that the hot water takes quite a while to get hot and the lid that comes on the coffee carafe is not easy to take on/off.

Great coffee maker and hot water is convenient too. I would have given it a perfect score but the light on the clock does not illuminate. Box shows it does. Even my cheap little Black&Decker lit up. Hard to read when you have to change the timer every 2 days. For the price it should illuminate. Just saying.

Easy to use , price was right , easy to clean , hot water dispenser button for tea or hot chocolate is great . Also good for instant oatmeal . Many uses that I can see . Fits under the cabinets without any problem

This Cuisinart coffee maker is great. The hotwater dispenser is very convienent because my girlfriend is more of tea drinker than a coffee drinker so when she comes over she has the convienence of having the hotwater available at the same time the coffee is brewing.

Very nice coffee maker.... makes a great cup of coffee whether you use the included gold filter basket or paper filters...has all of the features you need and is very easy to use and program. The hot water side works very well and is the perfect temperature for tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal etc.

If you like coffee then you'll like this. Not that great for a single person, but lots drink coffee in my office. Perfect for everyone.

This coffee maker has everything I wanted. Automatic shutoff, timer, hot water dispenser for tea all in one. Pause to get cup of coffee before done dispensing, my favorite.

My new coffee maker replaced the identical one I bought nine years ago. Yes, nine years of faithful service and it still made good coffee but had developed a leak on the bottom that would flood the counter. I tried the repairs - hoses, etc but the problem was in the heating element on the bottom, not a practical fix. I limped along with the leak for a few months - put a pan under neath the pot, and finally found a good price and decided that it was ok to replace. I haven't used the hot water side yet, too used to microwaving water for tea, I guess. Unless you use the hot water side consistently, it will develop mold. I bought this pot because I know how it fits under my cupboards on my coffee bar - The 14 cup model is too tall and the 12 cup pot gives me a replacement carafe in case I break one.

I like being able to program the coffee maker so it's ready when I wake up. The other thing I like is how hot it brews coffee. I can add cold creamer and still have to sip to drink whereas other coffee makers I've tried in which I had to microwave the coffee to heat it back up after adding creamer.

It’s an excellent coffee maker and the wife loves it a lot more then the Keurig we had, there’s just something about coffee being made in the morning.

The coffee pot works great! It takes a bit of reading to figure out how to program the time, so someone could work on that. The hot water side needs work as well. I purchased this with hopes of using the hot water side instead of loading up the tea kettle, alas, the hot water side DOES NOT get hot, it's more luke warm.

the 1-4 cups feature seems to be giving me a whole bunch more than 4 cups... more like 12 cups... i might be using it wrong??

I needed to to replace my old one because of a accident. I really like the hot water part of the machine. I use it for instant soup and other foods that need hot water. I am happy with it but if i could have found a hot water only machine for same price I would have got that. I no longer drink coffee anymore.

Great product for price - and now I no longer have to have a coffee maker and tea kettle as well as a Keurig as I can heat water for tea/coffee/oatmeal - as well as brew a single cup of coffee love it - and it takes up less space - plus we have much better tasting coffee - and you could not beat the price!
