    Great coffemaker, easy to use. Bought on recommendation of a friend and no regrets. Only criticism is the hot water side of the system doesn't hold as much water as I would like; I'd prefer it held another cup and had an indicator like the coffee side does.

    Cuisinart coffee makers make good coffee and the burner keeps the coffee hot. It is nice to have the extra reservoir for water to get a cup of hot water for tea very quickly. I would definitely buy it again.

    I bought this couple of months and since then I am pretty satisfied with it. Apart from brewing coffee, I can also make tea or get hot water which makes it so useful.

    VERY PLEASED WITH OUR CUISINART PURCHASE. IT'S QUIET, QUICK AND THE COFFEE TASTES BETTER THAN MY OLD B & Der. My wife appreciates the extra hot water heater for her tea or cider. Also, it's easy to fill and clean. Reccommend it highly!!!

    I love the duo machine. I enjoy having the water perfectly hot for my chamomile tea. The water tank holds exactly 2-16oz bottled water. The coffee pot is perfect. Love the timer and also the options for brew. Perfect gift for myself.

    I like it, my last brewer was same brand, I decided to upgrade, my wife is very happy every morning, easy to use, fast brewing I just need to check the self cleaning function hope it works

    The associates at work love that there coffee on one side, and hot water on the other side. I love the hot water dispenser because we also have a lot of tea drinkers or it can be used for Hot Cocoa. So far so good and a well known brand

    We like this coffee maker because it keeps coffee hot and thought we would try the hot water dispenser with it. Unfortunately the time it takes to heat the water is too long. It does not serve the purpose very well. Ok for coffee but not hot water.

    Absolutely love the dual option here. The coffee maker does fantastic. Quick brew and true to the water line (no waste). The hot water option is great when you want a quick cup of tea.
