Works really well and a great piece of machinery. Definitely best for large portions but handy for daily stuff as well. Makes things easy.

Great coffee maker with easy brewing function. The option for a separate hot water dispenser is wonderful. We use it to heat up our infant's formula in addition to making tea.

The coffee side of this works great and I like the different timer settings and filter options, however the hot water side is poorly designed and hard to clean. I found a bunch of mildew/mold had built up in it as there is no way to fully drain it. I have cleaned and stopped using that side, but still some of the vapor from brewing coffee will condense over to that side and I have to dry it regularly.

Great coffee pot. Replaces a Cuisinart model that didn't have the hot water system. Good add.

We always used Mr. Coffee brand 12-cup coffee makers. They don't last longer and they only do one operation of just making coffee. Also, they will be dripping all the time. Within the past 6-8 years, we changed 3 of them since they break sooner. The recent one didn't even last for a year. We bought this Cuisinart - 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker in BestBuy.com, and its doing an amazing job. We can make coffee, tea and just hot water! All-In-One and the best! No mess!!!

My wife was looking at quite a few different models of coffee makers and settled on this one because it uses the #4-type disposable coffee filters--a *must* for her (her dad made her a filter holder). The hot water dispenser is also a perfect addition and we've already used it for hot tea--perfect! The timer is also a blessing, and my wife loves waking up to freshly brewed coffee in the morning. She gives this coffee maker her highest recommendation.

The coffee is great and warmer has several settings which is good. The spot to pour the water is tricky under a cabinet and small but once you get used to it that also is fine.

Great coffee maker, the fact that it can heat up water an coffee caught my attention an works great have had no struggles at all.

I have this exact Cuisinart CHW-12 programmable coffeemaker and hot water dispenser at home. I bought this one for my jobsite trailer as the previous one finally gave out after three years and 100's of my subcontractors making coffee and tea day in and day out. I would've been happy if it lasted a year in the field given the amount of use it got but it outlived the warranty. If you're going to purchase a coffeemaker and you have the counter space I highly recommend this product.

This is the second Cuisinart coffee pot we've had. I love that it has coffee and hot water all in one unit.

I use it regularly to make both coffee & tea -- so glad I made this purchase.

It is easy to use. Makes a good cup of coffee. The one negative is the filling the water is at a bad angle and a little difficult to pour without spillage.

Wanted to go back to the 8 cup type coffee maker. Easy to use coffee taste much better. Easy to clean
