The only downside for us is that I go through phases with Tea. Which means I have to flush out the water tank on the hot water side often. It gets funky after about a week of sitting there, which I totally understand. Of course, if you are a religious tea drinker...then this would be great! Next time I will probably opt for the same coffee pot without the hot water function.

Good coffee maker, water heater is lacking
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros : Nice large carafe Makes a good cup of coffee Foot print not too large for counter Wire basket is nice to avoid paper filters Cons: Water heater option is pretty useless — barely holds more than 1-2 cups of water so you’re constantly refilling Can’t figure out how to turn off beeping notifications (they’re loud enough to wake a baby) Probably a bit on the pricey side, I’ve had cheaper makers that were just as good
