The only problem with my coffee maker is the Blue light to the clock does not work. My exact coffee maker before this one has the clock light so I know it has one. but its just not worth the trouble of taking back and swapping out, Really not that important for me.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. I bought one 7 years ago and it recently died so I bought it again. Only complaint is the new one has a pop and cracking noise every time I use . Because of covid 19 I can't return it to the store or get customer service on the phone to replace it.

A really great purchase for those households with coffee and tea drinkers. The hot water maker needs to be run a few times to get the "new machine" taste out of the water. After you do that, it's a convenient morning helper. The filter is coned, #4 I think, but it also comes with a basket. I still use the paper filter for ease of cleaning.

This is the third one of these I have purchased. We love the quality of the coffee and the hot water dispenser allows you to brew tea or make cocoa by the cup. It is easy to maintain with occasional cleaning with vinegar and the charcoal filters give a fresh tasting product.

Not too fancy for the guys to use & makes a great coffee. Hot water heats up quick, no auto off feature, lock is great.The medium burner setting keeps coffee hot but the high setting may burn it. Probably useful when the coffee pot starts getting old & wears out. Full pot takes about 9 min with finer ground coffee. Love it!

So far this has been a good coffee maker, works great every time and has some nice design features, lid on the actual pot doesn’t not pivot like most, it clips on so that you don’t have to hold it closed while you pour the coffee. Overall I’ve really enjoyed this coffee maker

Our old Cuisinart needed to be replaced and I wasn't sure if I should get this one with the hot water system. I am thrilled that I did! We use the hot water for tea, hot chocolate, spiced cider and soup. It holds a lot of water and is so easy to fill! The coffeemaker also works extremely well, so we are happy with the whole system!!!
