Well made and easy to use. Keeps coffee hot for hours and the hot water feature is a nice add on

I like my coffee HOT. The temperature control on this coffee maker is top notch. It brews coffee superbly and the hot water function is a great option. Everything is well designed, except for the water fill process. It is hard to fill the reservoir using the small port on top of the unit. I usually end up spilling water on the counter top or the coffee maker. This is because the filling port is small, the machine sits high on the counter top, and the reservoir cannot be removed and taken to the sink to be filled. Other than the water filling issue, it's a great machine.

I love love love my new coffee maker and love that I can also make tea, oatmeal, noodles, and other hot things without the taste of running it through the same side as the coffee.

This coffee maker is easy to use and makes good coffee. The hot water dispenser is sort of impractical. At the time of purchase, this was on sale for less than the version without, so i went for it. Otherwise, I would opt for the coffee-only version

My wife has MS. She uses the hot water maker for her oatmeal. It makes it easy for her to just push the button. I use the coffee maker side and it is just wonderful.

I've been using a Cuisinart coffee maker for years. When I needed a new one, this one caught my eye. Works great. Bought it on sale for only $10 more than the unit without the watering heating portion. The directions regarding the on/off and knob settings are a bit confusing, but, once I got that figured out, I like this unit a lot. I keep the coffee temp set on medium and it's piping hot. The water heating part is great too. No more waiting for the teapot to boil!

I am extremely satisfied with my Cuisinart. I love the ease of use and that is keeps hot water ready on the other side for tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal, etc...

Lots of Features to this coffee maker, maybe more than an average coffee drinker needs. I am one of those people that likes to spend a good amount of money on things that i will use for life so I went all out on this one. This machine is great for day to day use and has a lot of key features for multitasking or holding off a brew for a later time. Highly recommend to coffee and tea drinkers everywhere.

Very good coffee maker from a reputable brand name. We've had it for a couple of months now and are still trying to get accustomed to the slight plastic odor/taste found when we brew a pot of coffee. The odor is particularly strong when we use water from the water heating system. We're not certain it's coming from the many plastics used or the heating element itself, as it has both a metallic and plastic smell/taste. We've read numerous suggestions online about using vinegar and other ingredients to eliminate the odor but to no avail. As time has passed we think the smell/taste has diminished somewhat (or we're just becoming accustomed to it). We miss our Krups coffee maker. Too bad it died and too bad we didn't purchase another Krups.

This product has suited my needs and made it really easy to program coffee making for when I wake up. My kids love being able to quickly heat water on the other side for cocoa.

The added hot water dispenser makes this so fun and this would have gotten 5 stars if it was a 14 cup carafe. The Cuisinart this replaced was and I loved the 2 extra cups. This is my 4th Cuisinart coffee pot. Love it!

Just what I was looking for to replace the old coffee maker, the added hot water maker was definitely a bonus. Love this thing, lots of adjustments and the auto on/off timer is so simple.

Product has worked great so far. No issues to note. The hot water feature is a nice novelty but I haven't used it much. Will probably get more use during the winter for hot chocolate or hot tea. The hot water feature has 3 temp settings but I've only used 'Medium' which produces substantially hot water. I believe that the 'Hi' setting would only have to be used if I needed to strip paint off of something.

This is our second coffee maker; same brand. This is a good coffee maker. It stays warm and the hot water aspect is nice for hot teas. However, don’t accidentally hit the pot against your counter because it will break in many tiny pieces. The water dispenser could be wider as well. It’s easy to spill over into the grounds if this is not done carefully.

the best one we have bought makes the best coffee easy to use and really like the program feature so coffee is ready in the morning and the auto shut off in case i forget to shut off

When I unpacked the coffee maker, there were scratches on the stainless steel (as if someone had bought it before and used an abrasive pad to try to clean it). I returned it and Best Buy replaced it without a hassle. The second one was undamaged and looks great. The coffee maker is easy to program, has a two-hour automatic shut off, and has a water filter that improves the taste. The side single-cup brewer is not really any faster than using a teapot to heat water and is really only good for preparing a single cup of tea, hot chocolate, etc., because it heats about 10 oz of water at a time. However, it works well and is easy to use.

Had to replace my old coffee maker of 12 years. That was also a Cuisinart. Love the option of a full pot or one cup of coffee, hot chocolate or tea.

I love this coffee pot - it's not HUGE and it works well. We use the water side more in the winter for tea and hot cocoa.

We had an older Cusiniart coffee maker that after 8 years of 3 daily pours finally died. We were reluctant to use another brand but bought into something else that clearly did not meet our expectations. So we came back to Cusiniart and it is doing the brews perfectly. Wife loves the tea option (hot water pour) without other machine. We hope to get another 8 years with it.
