Love I Have the ability to make tea or hot chocolate!

Overall this coffee pot is great. The position to pour water in is awkward.

My mom loves this product with the individual dispenser

We had our Cuisinart for five years and decided it was time for a new one when we needed to replace parts. So sorry I did. Not the same. Hoping we can return it and try something new.

The water reservoir is hard to fill without getting water on the coffee. The top of the carafe must be on just right or it drips when you pour coffee. The quality of the coffee is good and the hot water is a great feature.

I thought we could free up counter space by purchasing this unit. My wife drinks 2-3 cups of tea during the day, went out and purchased a new tea pot. As a result we lost counter space.

It's an OK coffee pot for your average homebrewerI found a brew time to take extra long someone to get out of the house in a hurry and have a cuppa coffee before I leave this is not the coffee brewer for you

Like the hot water dispenser. Holds a lot of water. The heating unit for coffeemaker seems to shut off quickly so I need to see if I can adjust the time.

I bought this product and when I brought it home it took a big portion of kitchen space. I didn’t like it. Might be good for kitchens with more space.

We could not get this coffee pot to make a good pot of coffee. we tried several times. it could be user error, but just sharing this information. we ended up going back to our old $10 coffee pot which make a great cup. we bought this to have the hot water option, but found i didnt drint hot tea enough to balance out how often the machine require a person to clean the water holder.

The tank on the coffee side is odd, the glass krafe leaks, and hot water side does not get it hot enough for tea.

Not very pleased at all. Less than 10 months old and it seems like its done. Brews very slow. Makes a loud gurgling noise and takes for ever to brew. Thought I was buying more for quality but a model at half the price would probably have been a better choice.

Coffee tastes good. Not happy with hot water part Could have made bigger area to pour water I. For coffee.

Worked fine then after the first month, the coffee water reservoir will leak. Tried to reposition Incase I had it tilted, not the case. Had it just long enough to miss the 30 day return before it took a dive. I may have been unlucky And got a bad one, but for now 2 stars because it was amazing while it worked. No issues with the hot water reservoir for tea.

Before purchase searched for coffee makers made in USA. Found this one was the last one... arrived and not made in USA. Best Buy description did not state where it was made. It takes a long time to Heat the water for tea , etc. The lid leaks and doesn't fit under the coffee basket easily. Cuisinart can do better, it used to.

We liked the idea of this product but it was very large for our space so we returned it.

I am extremely disappointed with this coffeemaker. We have only Cuisinart products and usually LOVE them. However this coffeemaker is the exception. I have tried everything and it still makes a terrible pot of coffee. The plastic in the holding area for the ground or the plastic in the top of the coffee pot must be the issue. It's extremely disappointing though that we wasted our money on this. It's caused me to stop at the coffee shop almost daily as I need my caffeine and cannot stomach this maker any longer.
