Love this coffee maker!! Makes a great cup of HOT coffee! Love the hot water feature. My only complaint is when you use the BREW feature there is no way to program automatic off {not that I can figure out} you have to manually turn the pot off. The only auto shut off is with the auto on feature. Other than that, I love this coffee maker.

Tired of buying low quality coffe makers, this have few strings and hot water option that make it a good choice.

Overall Great value. Love the hot water feature. There is no”vent” holes for the hot water while brewing. I’ve had coffee pots in the past that have steamed the finish right off our cabinets-this fixed that giant issue. Very happy with the design and functions.

We purchased this Cuisinart coffee maker/hot water dispenser to replace the same model that died after eight years of daily use. The new one works well, though Cuisinart changed a few things. When making a full pot of java, the carafe drips coffee where the plastic handle assembly meets the glass when pouring the first two cups. Subsequent cups pour fine. This is appears to be a manufacturing flaw that may be isolated to our particular carafe. As a result, we are using the old carafe with no problems. The display on the new Cuisinart is not illuminated like the older one. We really miss that little feature which probably saved Cuisinart 50 less than cents per unit. Also, the hot water dispenser has a larger orifice than the old one, causing a bit splashing when dispensing water into your cup. Not a deal breaker, though. If you haven't owned a previous model of the Cuisinart CHW-12, you will likely enjoy this coffee maker. The coffee is fine and the hot water is hot. This machine works well... just not quite as well as the old one. This is why we gave it four stars. I hope we get eight years out of this one!

Bought this recently, the Coffee maker is excellent and the hot water feature is a great bonus. Item is easy to use and easy to clean

Switched from pods back to grounds to save time in the mornings, and this programmable coffee maker is very easy to set up to be ready when we wake up. It makes better coffee, too. The hot water reservoir is also super convenient and gets rid of the need to turn on the stove and use a kettle if you just need somehot water.

I actually love this coffee maker. So easy to use and a perfect cup of coffee every single time!

Bough as a birthday gift and from what I hear so far, it's been great. Has several useful functions and is being used daily for coffee and tea.

This is the second one I have owned. Love the features of this item, it not only makes warm to hot coffee but heats water for tea, coco or cooking. It can also be programmed to make your coffee whenever you need it and stay on for 2 to 4 hours, just an all around great item!!!!

I have enjoyed this cofree maker and especially like the hot water feature. The only downfall is that the auto programming is confusing so I just dont use the autoprogram. Also, it would be nice to have the water level indicator in the front somewhereinstead of the side, but other than that it's a great maker.

Cuisinart sets the bar high for a Coffeemaker. I love the convenience of of multi-function of a Coffeemaker and hot water option

Best coffee maker we have bought! Just made hubby's instant grits using the hot water dispenser. It is perfect for that or the individual containers of instant potatoes. He just had surgery so is having to have a soft, bland diet for a few days. This made it easy for him to fix his own while home the last two days.

Excellent product at right price. Coffee comes out hot! And the separate tea (hot water) function is great!

This is the perfect product for a coffee and tea enthusiast. Fast and easy to use. The coffee has a great aroma and the water heater is very convenient. Moreover this programmable coffee maker looks good and doesn't need too much space. Simply a must have for every kitchen!

I use all the features. I like the way I can use the other side just for hot water for tea, hot chocolate, or oatmeal.
