Good coffee maker works well.just what I was looking for. Best Buy rocks. Always get what you want at a fair price

The design should be opposite. It is difficult to pour water to make coffee.

It comes out short of a full cup. The coffeemaker for full pot is great. Easy to clean!

This is my 3rd Cuisinart coffeemaker and the first one with the hot water component. I have no idea why so many people gave it such great reviews. The hot water tastes noxious and it's hardly hot at all. The coffee side works fine, but the height of the machine makes it very difficult to pour water into. I have to pull the whole thing out from under the kitchen cabinet to fill it up. I'll also mention that this is the 2nd one of these I've tried in the last couple weeks. The first one leaked water from the hot water side all over my counters. Returned it. This one doesn't leak, but it doesn't matter...I won't use the hot water side anyway. Wish I had stuck with just a simple coffeemaker - and it's too much of a hassle to return, living in NYC during the pandemic. :(

Water reservoir is small and awkward to fill. Pause feature barely works and gets stuck in the pot top, resulting in spills onto heating element. Hot water feature is nice but everything else is pretty much useless.

Nice speed for brewing, wish it had bigger reservoir for the water

3 star, because the Coffee maker I just recently bought broke within 3 weeks. But Cuisinart manufacturer is willing to replace their product. Which is why I am willing to give it a 2nd chance.

Bought this for the third time. I loved my others. Replace because the burner coating gets damaged. Used this a few times and worked fine. Then I woke up and half the water I put in was all over my counter. I thought it was my error and tried again. It leaks out of the bottom obviuosly a seal issue.

This coffee machine dosnt heat the coffee very will Even though I clean it every month by using vinegar as it recommend the cleaning singe still on all the time

I’d give it a zero if I could! The hot water dispenser broke within the first eight weeks of owning this product. The hot water dispenser was used a half dozen times per week during that period. Will never buy a Cuisinart products again.

This thing is horrible. The top has to be removed to fill water on the main container and letting water run through the actual coffee maker is 10 times faster to heat than the built in hot water maker on the left. I wish I did not throw the box away so I can return this

We had this same exact model that served us for 9 years without any problems. Decided to purchase a new product to replace our worn out maker. After five months of use, the hot water indicator starts flashing back and forth between blue and red. Then it flashes only red indicating water needs to added though the reservoir is full. I only hope I can get a refund. Quality has definitely declined.

I love this machine because of the dual feature to dispense hot water. The only drawback for me is that every half hour or so, the machine begins making noise to warm up the hot water. I want to leave it on the entire time, but I feel like not only it wastes energy keeping the water hot, but also makes a loud enough noise for me to hear from the living room.

Worked great for a few months, then it started leaking.
