This coffeemaker makes good tasting coffee and works as expected. It seems to be well made and has been reliable.

This coffee maker takes up less space than my old Cuisinart coffee maker and there is much more functionality with the hot water dispenser on the side. The only thing I miss is the thermal carafe on the old one.

Purchased this after our coffee pot and water boiler both died within a few months of each other. This does both well, and comes with a reusable filter. The only problem is how the carafe pours, the angle that the liquid comes out varies dramatically when you pour, which is fine if you are aware. Do not allow house guests to pour their own coffee unless you like mopping up coffee. Overall, a fantastic coffee pot.

A great coffee maker for people who like to also have hot tea available at the same time and don't have a separate instant hot water faucet. Coffee maker is 12 cups - large- and hot water is plentiful. Good design and attractive unit as well. Has programmable features but we don't use them much.

This is a good machine, if a little larger than I expected. It is a bit taller than the Keurig It is replacing. What I like is that there are settings for a smaller than full pot of coffee. It brews as if it is a smaller machine. I also like the separate hot water dispenser. I measured the output at 140degF! There is no direct water intake, like a fridge with a water dispenser. You have to fill it manually for coffee or hot water. What is cool is you can use both sides at the same time! It comes with a few paper filters, but has a permanent mesh filter also. I suppose the paper is for when you need coffee, but the mesh one is in the wash.

I love it! It is very easy to set up and use. The value is excellent overall. The only complaint I have is the design on the coffee side could have been better for adding water. Water addition is an every use task but on the coffee side the filter tray takes up all of the space leaving just some corner areas to pour said water in. That seems to be a design flaw and is inconvenient. You would think the filter holder could be easily lifted with the lid or removable independently. It is not and is fixed in place however it is not a deal breaker. For the price and all of the positives I can certainly deal with the slight inconvenience. Overall I love this thing!

Love this coffee maker. My wife likes to make hot tea, and the hot water feature is awesome!

When I was looking some somethig simple and good coffee machine for my mom i never toughth this will nail it! is super simple to use no complications and the coffee is ready when you need it, and the water heater on the side is a bonus for the price

I bought this because of the add on hot water system. During winter time making hot coco or hot tea is a breeze! I used the programs to make coffee. It does what is suppose to do.

I like my Cuisinart coffee maker but I wish some things were different. Pouring the water in the coffee maker to make coffee is tricky because the opening is small. It takes getting used to but it can be done. The hot water system is convenient for making single cups of tea but I wish it would make single cups of coffee too. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Excellent coffee pot. Been using this everyday since purchasing it works perfectly everytime. The hot water system works great for individual cups of tea and making formula.

It is a little loud while brewing but it makes a great pot of coffee! Takes a little over a minute per cup to brew. I love the hot water option as well! Note that the pot’s top clicks on and does not just flip open.

I love it! You can use it as a basic coffee pot with auto shut off or program it to start when you want. I don't use the high heat for the warmer & probably would have liked the carafe version. Hot water is PERFECT. Heats up quickly & doesn't drip.

We love that you can adjust the temperature the coffee is warmed at once it is brewed, it was very easy to set up, and in just a few minutes you can also have hot water that doesn't taste like coffee. My in-laws loved it so much that they purchased on for their home too :)

Makes great coffee and is very easy to use. Looks great on the countertop as well!
