Got this to replace our old and recently defunct coffeemaker. Makes good coffee, per my spouse, and is easy to use. The hot water side is nice for a cup of tea or hot chocolate. Machine is simple to set up, program and use.

Purchased to give as a gift. Convenient that it has a function to make hot water as well.

I read many reviews before purchasing this coffee maker. It perks a great cup and is easy to use. The instant hot water feature makes a cup of tea or hot chocolate very quickly. I'm very pleased with the looks, ease of use, and quality of my new coffee maker.

This was a nice idea and wish more manufacturers made a dual hot water & coffee maker. The coffee side is excellent, makes excellent coffee but the problem is the hot water. There is a persistent rubber taste to the water no matter how many times you use it, flush it, clean it, etc. It is undrinkable, period. Online comments show this is a persistent problem among many users. Somehow Cuisinart used the wrong parts or cheaper materials with some supplier and they've got a bunch of bad units. This uses a cone filter, and comes with a permanent filter. The machine is constructed well. The machine also comes with two water filters which are simply carbon packs that are inserted inside the water tanks. Another issue is the water receptacle opening on the coffee side is smaller than most coffee pots, so there isn't much room for error when pouring in water. I wanted to love this machine but the bad hot water side forced me to return it.

I have never been a coffee drinker, but I decided I needed something to get me going at 5am for work. And I cannot complain about one thing as Cuisinart has put out another great product! It brews my coffee as I am waking up in the morning and keeps it hot until I am ready to pour myself a cup of coffee. I haven't used the hot water function yet to say anything though.

Simple setup, solid performance, can't really ask for more from a coffee maker. The right side is a simple water heater, make life easy for soups and tea. It's worth the hassle to use the right coffee filter, your coffee will have a stronger taste.

My sister had one and I fell in love with it so I had to buy it!!

I am very satisfied with my new Coffee Plus Hot water System-Coffeemaker, so far so good! I like both sides one for coffee and the other one for teas and soups.

Great for coffee ... It is fast and quiet. Got great deal on it too. Tho.model is closing out. The hot water side is convenient for instant foods and beverages. You have to make sure it I on all the time to keep bacteria from growing in reservoir.

Product design is great, still trying to figure out some of the programming.

Works great for coffee, and the added hot water heater is a great addition for tea and coffee drinkers. Saves a good amount of space being able to combine both of these rather than having both as separate items.

An ideal coffe maker for any coffe lover at a reasonable price. While you brew your coffe in only few minutes, hot water for tea or soup will be ready in the second compartment of this coffee maker. Great!
