Great machine. Best to use bread flour or sift it so the loaf is fluffy instead of dense

When we first got it and we used it twice a week and then after 90 days it started a squeaky noise and we thought we fixed the problem but no, now it has a burning smell when it first started baking. Very disappointed that it went out this fast. We don't recommend this bread machine.

Sadly, I had to return this bread maker. The lid would not close properly, so the dough did not rise right. I made three loafs of bread and got the same results every time. And I even had a hollow loaf. It is a very loud bread maker. I have several Cuisinart products but this one is by far the worst one I have ever bought.

Great bread machine! We only use it to make dough, then bake in the oven. Does a fantastic job!

Was great until cockroach somehow got stuck behind display window. Not sure how it got there as my house is sprayed down monthly due to being in tropical environment. Called and emailed customer service for help but nothing so far.

We made a few loaves in this and were disappointed each time. The texture and taste never came out right. It’s much easier to just make the bread the old fashioned way. We ended up returning this.

This bread maker only made small too dense overcooked lumps of dough. It’s defective so I applied for a return from Best Buy. They sent me a return label and I took it to the UPS store then I get a message that they’ll process it if they approve it within 10 days and then after that allow 10 more days to get my money back Take this however you want to, but I’ll never purchase another thing from Best Buy

The darn machine jumped all over the counter and I even held to try and stop. The machine did not function well.did not like for over 100.00/would not recommend.

On your first few uses, it may seem like a good deal until the nonstick coating starts flaking off into your bread within 2-3 months after purchase. Non-stick teflon like coatings are what's called PFAS. It stays in your body and causes cancer. I'd rather pay more for a bread maker than for medical bills. Get one with a stainless steel pan if possible.

It did not work as it should even if we followed the instruction carefully. After two trials we had to return it.

easy to use, so versatile! yet to make jams, but it's on the list! breads and cakes are delicious and fairly simple to create.

I'm a little disappointed in the Cuisinart bread machine. The loaves do not rise as much as they did in my old bread machine.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve made. I use it all the time and it makes great breads.
