I use for van life to preserve propane. I love it! I can grill or fry. Either on one side or both, or use the top to cook both sides at once. Controls are a little tricky if you don't read the instructions. Easy to use. Easy to adjust. Warms up pretty fast. Gets hotter where the coil is placed under the plate but still pretty even. Plates remove for easy wash. Large drip pan in back.

We had the lesser model for years and it finally stopped working. We looked at other models and manufaturers but like this manufacturer for their quality. This model is about 20% bigger than my previous model which allows for a bigger cooking surface. The model's cover has the ability to open flat giving you two flay cooking surfaces. The important feature is that the heating elements are contained in the removalble plates. This is a huge plus for clean up that my older model did not have! Please read the owner's manual to save time figuring out how to properly operate the item. Many more features means more flexibility is everyday use. You can also place the plates in the dishwasher (PLEASE FACE THE PLATE FACE UP WITH THE ELEMENT CONNECTORS FACING DOWN) for a quick and easy clean up. These plates are also non-stick. I would not use spray but possibly brush on a little cooking oil on the hot plates just before you start cooking. Enjoy your cooking experience with this item.

This device is fantastic! Best griddle I have owned. The ability to go from grill, to griddle, to panini press with just a few clicks is brilliant. The removable cook plates and grease trap make clean up very easy. Though they suggest they can be run through the dishwasher, I hand wash mine, just to be safe. Oh, and the sear feature turned out some great steaks the other night. Highly recommend!

This was a great purchase. Easy to use, Very easy to clean; really like that plates are dishwasher safe. My 15 year old son has taken it over so he can grill steaks and chicken breast.

This is our first Grill/Griddle/Panini press combo. We love the quality with multiple options and ease of use. It’s a perfect add our kitchen.

Thought it came with 2 sets of plates but you can just flip the single set based on if you want griddle or grill side. Scraper that comes with it is nice to help clean the surface too. Takes a few minutes to heat up but does alert you during pre heat. Being able to turn on top, bottom, or both panelsv is a really nice feature. Really happy with it overall. Did have a little issue figuring out how the panel height adjusted but was able to mess with it and figure it out on my second use.

I would purchase this one over there cheaper models. This cooks panini’s perfectly along with being able to flip the trays inside and Cooke eggs and pancakes. Also good for grilling vegetables. Each burner top and bottom has temperature control along with the among if minutes set on the timer. Easy to use and heats up fast. Also easy to clean. Worth it.

This appliance is a little heavy if you plan to use it once in a while and store it otherwise. It can be a task, but otherwise, from its use perspective, it's great. We have tried sandwiches and it turns out good.

This is an upgrade from my original griddler, love the fat collection cup moved to the back instead of under the unit. Also the Sear feature is brilliant. So happy with this purchase

Ever since covid hit, I habe been spending alot of time at home. Needless to be said, i eat alot of sandwiches. But this iron/press... it was what my sandwich was missing.

Excellent quality product. It works really well and it is very versatile.

I use this all the time, it is so easy to use and has so many feature like a timer and temp control and how hot each side is. You can also tak each plate out to easily clean them which is great.

This thing is awesome. I love it. Easy to clean and love that you can flip the plates for different cooking types. Easy to maneuver and sears nicely. We had the old style and love the improvements that they made to this new style.

Easy to use, makes eggs, pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches in a flash. Nonstick surfaces clean up easily. Illuminated panel easy to read. This was a Christmas gift for my wife, and we love it. We use it regularly.

It's an excellent indoor grill, and I absolutely love it. I conclude this after having used 4 other grills previously. If you enjoy indoor grilling, sandwiched making, grilled cheese, etc. this is a fantastic choice. Pricy, but worth it.

heats up quick. needs a cooking guide on board. have to asked google what temp, and how long. don't get me wrong, this is a well built quality griddle/ grill.

Only used this for sandwiches so far, but the product heats quickly, cooks evenly and cleans easily. Can't wait to try it out on pancakes/french toast the next time the grandkids spend the weekend. I would purchase this item again.
