Bought in May, the dial was wonky by July. All functions worked perfectly, but it took a min to get the knob/dial to get to the correct function. Thankfully we have the protection plan and Best Buy Geek Squad refunded it.

This is a great toaster oven and the Air Fryer option is a bonus.

Very nice unit great display but I think air frying is over rated

The only thing this kitchen gadget is missing is a microwave.

Wife absolutely loves it. Does everything she had hoped for.

We have had this fryer twice in the last year. The knob breaks within a few months. We ended up not getting it a third time. We spent 100.00 more and got a Breville Fryer all in one instead.

not the best quality; after about a year of use any time i use it it now makes a loud humming noise; it's also no simple to switch in and out of modes if you make an accidental entry

Used this toaster sparingly over the last year and a half..about 6 months ago the knob that controls everything for settings started to get screwy and not respond correctly, this was annoying but we could deal with it, now a day ago, the whole machine just crapped out and sounds awful when it’s turned on. WASTE OF MONEY FOR $200+, would like to know if they will replace this thing with a unit that works!!??

Good but only for a while. I did replaced the oven thanks to extended warranty once. Second the same issue. Replaced for breville. Worse choice. Will return and keep oN trying other brands

Worked great for the month and a half that it actually worked. Now waiting 20 days for them to ship me a new one. So now, during covid, with kids home all day, no toaster or air fryer!

One word! Rubbish. Dial just doesn’t work. I will send it for repair.

Was not a big fan of these, it set my fire alarm two times

Hate it. The original was so much better. Now it’s making a horrible noise and I have to punch it to get it to stop.

After 3-4 uses this unit quit working. Returned to the store.

Quite disappointed. Only thing it cooked well was frozen pretzels, french fries and onion rings. Also, Can only cook one drawer at a time. Chicken wings and chicken legs were a disappointment; I get better results in a conventional oven.

Dont buy!! The digital knob that controls everything is so touchy and is almost impossible to select the function and time.

Are unit burns everything we cook in it not very happy.

Trash... Follow the directions and everything burns on the outside and doesn't cook on the inside. Waste of money
