Buyer Beware

I wish I had read the reviews, I don't know why best buy sells this, but Cuisinart used to be a good brand, but not anymore. I cant believe how little support you get for such an expensive item. I've been given the run around by Best Buy, and Cuisinart, as no one seems to want to stand behind this product. Shame on Best Buy

Excellent while the dial works

All functions worked perfectly, but it took a min to get the knob/dial to get to the correct function. Thankfully we have the protection plan and Best Buy Geek Squad refunded it.
