Excellent while the dial works

All functions worked perfectly, but it took a min to get the knob/dial to get to the correct function. Thankfully we have the protection plan and Best Buy Geek Squad refunded it.

Very disappointed

The knob breaks within a few months. We ended up not getting it a third time. We spent 100.00 more and got a Breville Fryer all in one instead.

POOR QUALITY

WASTE OF MONEY FOR $200+, would like to know if they will replace this thing with a unit that works!!??

Now waiting 20 days for them to ship me a new one. So now, during covid, with kids home all day, no toaster or air fryer!

Wouldn't buy again - overrated

Also, Can only cook one drawer at a time. Chicken wings and chicken legs were a disappointment; I get better results in a conventional oven.
