Bought this model because Consumer Reports recommended it over the next one down but in hindsight I would have preferred the easier operation of the other one. To me, this one isn't user friendly or intuitive. In my experience the recommended temps burn the outside and undercook the inside. Trial and error to find temps/times that work is a hassle. Drip tray stained after first use. Would be more upset if I hadn't mostly used rewards points to purchase it. My mistake that I didn't use it until after the return window had closed, wouldn't have kept it.
