Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Rlinse it out and it is ready to go! It melts the chocolate and then holds the correct temp for dipping. My guests loved the different color codes on the forks, so they always knew which one was theirs. Looks great too. The cord is understandably short as it is for safety reasons, There is also breakaway part to the cord that also assists in no burn accidents. My very first fondue pot, and I am glad I waited to get an electric one.

Besides the cord being a little short, (I may just be really picky!) this pot met my expectations. It is durable which is perfect for me because I can be clumsy sometimes. I used chocolate in this pot (Chocoley to be exact) and dipped fresh fruit and marshmellows. I chose Chocoley because their chocolate doesn't require the addition of oil and it tastes amazing. Great fondue pot + great chocolate = awesome time. Can't wait to use it again! Yum :)

Very Nice

It's quite a large bowl so this definitely not for just two people fonduing. I wish there was a way that they could make the dish come right out so you can wash it like they did with the new slowcookers. Would make clean-up a lot easier.
